Together with EducationUSA, a U.S. Department of State network that promotes U.S. higher education to students around the world, WiTech hosted a one-day event called #STEMForward: Pursuing STEM Degrees in the States on October 19, 2019 at the Miriam College Innovation Hub in Quezon City. Through talks and workshops, the event aimed to help Senior High School students weigh their options and have a clearer knowledge of what STEM degrees and careers can bring them, and how they can be more globally competitive having these careers.
